PBH offers a wide range of exciting products. The main are the “Brioche Breads” or Ensaymadas. They are a sweet composition , smeared with butter, sugar and cheese flakes. These fist-sized brioche can be filled with coconut or purple yam. Pan de Sal or roll is the staple bread for most Filipinos. They are sweet in taste and golden in color. Pan de Sal is often sold by the dozen and can also be sold with something in them. Example Pork Bun. and or Coco Bun or Pan de Coco. Conventional Cakes and Native delicacies are also available.
